His background of 15 years in new home construction brings a depth of experience that is professional, creative and personal. Raj has a proven ability to see beyond current trends to plan and build successful projects. He is a strategic thinker who is extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction and strategic partnerships, working closely with the families and stakeholders who have a deep, vested interest in the outcome of the communities being developed. He finds great joy in finding innovative solutions to difficult problems, and the challenge of designing great communities and great homes that people can enjoy and love.
Sim Dhanju brings over 17 years experience as a Business Manager with a history of Customer Service, Marketing and Operations. She is a recognized leader with proven negotiating skills leading to consensus building in an organization. Prior to joining Seiba Properties she had unique position as a Senior Operation Manager at JP Morgan Chase. Sim spent 11 years there, spearheading major projects including the firms’ Bank One, WAMU, and the Sears Merger activities in Canada. By bridging the gap in communications and expertise, Sim helps clients achieve a stellar experience with all Development and Construction projects.
Rajdeep Cheema brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With over a decade of experience in real estate and construction, Rajdeep heads operations for our Alberta division.
